Rejection reasons must be assigned to each facility where they are applicable. When rejecting a deficiency, the physician must choose one of the rejection reasons assigned to the chart's facility. If no reasons are assigned to the facility, Other is the only available rejection reason.
To assign a deficiency rejection reason to a facility:

Click Rejection Reasons. The Deficiency Rejection Reasons dialog box is displayed.

Click Add to assign the reasons to the facility.

Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to arrange the reasons in a logical order. When a physician rejects a deficiency, the rejection reasons are displayed in the order configured here.

To copy this configuration to another facility, click Copy.

Select the facilities whose rejection reasons should match the current facility's.
