If a physician attempts to accept or reject a deficiency that has been reassigned to another user since the physician has last logged in to DeficiencyPop, the following error is displayed:

Unable to complete action. Deficiency has been reassigned.
Upon receiving the message, the reassigned deficiency is removed from the physician's deficiency list.
This error message occurs to make sure that a reassigned deficiency is not completed by the previously assigned physician. If this message appears and the deficiency was not reassigned or if the reassigned physician is unable to complete the deficiency as well, contact your system administrator.
