Specialty |
This drop-down menu filters available physicians based on their specialty (such as cardiology or neurology). |

Responsible Physician |
This field is used to enter or search for a physician who will be assigned to the selected deficiency. Once a deficiency is submitted, the responsible physician receives a notification for each document they must sign. |

Signature |

Missing Information |

Document Viewer Toolbar |
This toolbar provides buttons for various features, such as Print and Toggle Annotation. |

This list comprises encounter-related documents that are stored in OnBase. |

Document Viewer |
This viewer displays the selected document. Analysts can use the viewer to place a deficiency anywhere on the document, and existing deficiencies are visible on the selected document. |

This panel displays thumbnails of the pages in a document with the current page highlighted. |
