When you perform an action that requires PIN confirmation, the Update PIN dialog may prompt you to update your PIN. This prompt is displayed if your PIN has expired.
Note:
In order for a user to update a PIN, that user needs to have the Disable Change Password configuration setting deselected. See the section on user name and password configuration in the System Administration documentation for more information.
To update your PIN:
- In the PIN field, type your current PIN.
- In the New PIN field, type a new PIN. Your PIN may have to satisfy requirements established by your system administrator. PINs are case sensitive.
- In the Confirm New PIN field, re-type your PIN.
- Click Update to save your new PIN. To cancel the update, click Cancel. The action that triggered the prompt will also be canceled.
