The Diagnostics Console can receive verbose messages from the OnBase Configuration and Client modules when they are running in verbose mode. Verbose mode is activated by the -V command line switch and its associated parameters. For more information about this command line switch, see the OnBase Configuration help files.
To allow the OnBase Configuration and Client modules to send verbose output to the Diagnostics Service or Console, you must modify Log Profile value in the Windows registry. See Editing the Registry for more information.
Note:
You do not need to enable verbose mode to log messages for OnBase Client processes running as Windows services.
