If you open a log file that is still being written to by the Diagnostics Service, you can reload the log file to view any newly logged messages. To reload the file, do one of the following:

Select File | Reload.

Press Ctrl+R.

Click Reload File from the Log Viewer's main toolbar.
The file is refreshed to reflect the latest logged messages.
