The Advanced tab contains advanced processing options that affect the batches imported via the process format.
The following options are displayed on the Advanced tab:

Select this option when using the Dictionary Import Processor to process PCL files. |

Do Not Create Batch if No Documents are Found |
Select this option to reduce the number of unnecessary Verification Reports generated by OnBase. When this option is selected and a process is run, OnBase will first check the processing directory to verify that there are files to be processed. If there are no files to be processed in the processing directory, the process will not be run and a Verification Report will not be generated. |
The Dictionary Import Process will display in the COLD queue in the Client module. The Dictionary Import Process will be processed the same way as a COLD process.
