When selected, distribution recipient information will be updated from a Dictionary Import Process or a Statement Composition process. Existing recipients will be matched with incoming recipient information based on the values associated with the configured Customer ID Keywords.
Note:
Regardless of this setting, the e-mail address will always be updated in a Dictionary Import Process.
- In the Configuration module, select Users | Global Client Settings. The Global Client Settings dialog box is displayed.
- Select the Force Dictionary Import/Statement Composition to Update Distribution Recipients check box.
- Select Save.
