Administration and maintenance of the Dictionary Import Processor module consists of the following:
- Check to make sure batches are being committed on a regular basis.
- Check to see if there are any incomplete processes or incomplete commits.
- Run Configuration Reports after any new Disk Groups, Document Type Groups, Document Types or Keyword Types are configured in OnBase for a new Dictionary Import Processor process.
- Periodically, check documents that have been imported via the Dictionary Import Processor processor to ensure that the processes are accurate.
- Check Daily Verification Reports (Accumulate Processing Information).
- Check Batch History.
