To sign and verify documents, you must enable Digital Signatures in your OnBase system.

In the Configuration module:

  1. Select Users | User Names / Passwords. The User Names & Passwords dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select a User Name from the list and click the Signature button. The Signature Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select the Enable Certificate-based Signatures for this user option.
  4. Click Save.
