Each signed document contains a history of signatures applied to that particular document.

To view signatures applied to a document:

  1. Open the desired document.
The bottom of the document displays the number of signatures contained on the document.
    Note:

If the document does not contain any digital certificates, the box in the above example is not displayed.

  2. Double-click this area, or do one of the following:
    • Select Document | Digital Signatures | View Signatures from the OnBase Client menu.

    • Right-click and select Digital Signatures | View Signatures.

      Note:

Signatures on PDF documents can also be displayed by clicking the Document Options icon (located in the upper left corner of the document viewer) and selecting Digital Signatures | View Signatures.

The Signatures dialog box is displayed, listing signatures that have been applied to the document.
  3. To view certificate information of a signature, double-click the signature from the Signatures dialog box.
