When printing a document containing a digital signature, you can print a Digital Signature Information Page. This page prints after the document and contains information in the following format:

<Document Auto-name String>

Document ID: <Document Handle>

Signed on <Date - Time> by <User name of signer>

Verified and Printed <# of printed pages> page(s) on <Date Printed> by <User name of printer>

Note:

The Signed on line is repeated for each digital signature on a document.

Any digital signatures on the document are verified when the document is printed.

When the Print Digital Signature Information check box is selected in the Print dialog box, a Digital Signature Information Page prints after the document. When this check box is cleared, a Digital Signature Information Page does not print. Depending on your configuration, this check box may be selected by default.
