When you select the Create Single Document Per Directory option, each file you import must have a number at the beginning of the file name for the process to complete successfully. For more information on using this option, see Using the Create Single Document Per Directory Option.

To avoid indexing this prefixed number as an incorrect Keyword Type when using Ordered Keyword Mappings, you can configure the >>Dummy Key Keyword Type. For more information on configuring Ordered Keyword Mappings, see Configuring Ordered Keyword Mappings.

To configure the >>Dummy Key Keyword Type for the prefixed number in the file name:

  1. From the Order option column, enter 1.
  2. From the Required option column, select NO from the drop-down list.
  3. From the Keyword Type option column, select the >>Dummy Key Keyword Type.
  4. From the Use Autofill option column, select NO from the drop-down list.
  5. From the Validate option column, select NO from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Add.
