The Directory Import Processor can only be run by users with the Directory Import Processor Administrative Processing Privilege. To grant a user this privilege, follow these steps:
- From OnBase Configuration, navigate to Users | User Groups/Rights. The User Groups & Rights dialog is displayed.
- Select a user group, then click Product Rights. The Assigning Product Rights for <User Group> dialog is displayed.
- Select the Directory Import Processor option in the Administrative Processing Privileges section.
- Click Save.
