Probable Causes

Remedy

The workstation has not been registered for processing with Directory Import Processor.

Select Directory Import Processor at the Products Registered for Workstation dialog box in Client/Administration/Workstation Registration and click Register.

The current user has no Product Rights assigned for the Directory Import Processor.

Enable the Directory Import Processor check box in the Product Rights dialog box (User Groups and Rights).
