Ordered Keyword Mappings are used to assign Keyword Values to imported documents based on the order in which the text appears in a directory name or file name.
Configure an Ordered Keyword Mapping if:

File or directory names are separated by a character such as a comma, a period, or a dash

Keyword Values follow a specific order in the folder or file name
