To open the Disconnected Scanning client, double-click the Disconnected Scanning executable or a desktop shortcut to it. In a default installation, the executable is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Hyland\Disconnected Scanning.
Depending on your configuration, you might be prompted to do any of the following:

If the location of the local Disk Group has not been configured, you are prompted to configure it. For more information on configuring the location of the local Disk Group, see Configuring the Local Disk Group Location at Logon.

If user credentials have not been pre-configured, you are prompted to enter them. For more information on entering user credentials, see Logging On.
