This switch is used with Disconnected Scanning when it is used in conjunction with LDAP or Active Directory Authentication. It will automatically log a user on to Disconnected Scanning when the correct data source name and the -SERVER command line switch are also included:
-AL -ODBC="<Data Source Name>" -SERVER
The -AL switch can also be used with either the -INTERACTIVE or -NETAUTH(for backwards compatibility) command line switches to prompt the user for a domain, a user name, and a password.
