The -ODBC command line switch is used with Disconnected Scanning when it is configured for autologon or LDAP or Active Directory Authentication. The -ODBC command line switch sets the name of the data source used when logging on to the Disconnected Scanning client.
Note:
You do not need to create an ODBC connection to your database to use the -ODBC switch.
