The Disconnected Scanning toolbar, located above the Working window, provides viewing and navigation options for the currently-displayed page.

Displays the first page of the document. |
Previous Page |
Displays the previous page of the document |
Next Page |
Displays the next page of the document. |
Last Page |
Displays the last page of the document. |
Fit Window |
Resizes the document to fit the width of the window. |
Fit Width |
Resizes the window to fit the width of the document. |
Show 1:1 |
Displays the document in its actual size. |
Zoom In |
Magnifies the size of the document; shows a smaller portion. |
Zoom Out |
Decreases the size of the document; shows a larger portion. |
Rotate Left |
Rotates the document 90 degrees to the left. |
Rotate Right |
Rotates the document 90 degrees to the right. |
Save Rotation |
Saves the rotation. The current rotation is retained after the document is uploaded. This feature allows you to retain the correct page orientation for successful OCR after uploading. |
Toggle Thumbnails |
Turns the thumbnail view on and off. When on, clicking the Toggle Thumbnails button moves the thumbnail position to the bottom or the right of the page. |
Upload Batches |
Uploads documents to OnBase. If batches reside in batch status queues other than Fully indexed (such as Awaiting index or Index in progress), a message is displayed asking you to confirm that you would like to upload both the indexed and unindexed batches. Click Yes to upload documents residing in all batch status queues, or click No to upload only those documents that reside in the Fully indexed batch status queue. See Uploading Batches. |
