The -LOCAL command line switch is used with Disconnected Scanning when it is configured for auto-logon or LDAP or Active Directory Authentication. The -LOCAL command line switch is used to force the Disconnected Scanning client to use the locally-stored configuration options (i.e., the Local logon).
