When contacting your first line of support in order to expedite the process it can be useful to provide the following information:

The operating system of your File Server.

The Client Verbose file.

The DDS Verbose file.

The Procmon log from the workstation.

A traceroute from the workstation to the DDS Server and from the DDS Server back to the workstation.

A generic diagram of your network structure, particularly if you are using Clustering, Load-Balancing or Replication as part of your solution.

If the Core Services are involved at all, the logs from the Diagnostics Console, including the File tab.

File tab recording is not performed by default and must be enabled in the web.config file.
