In the Create New drop-down list, Workflow Property inserts a value from a Workflow property.

To create a Workflow Property Placeholder:

  1. From the Create New drop-down list, select Workflow Property.
  2. The Workflow Property dialog box to enter a Workflow Property name is displayed.
  3. Enter the name of the Workflow property you would like to use.
  4. Select an Output Style from the available options:
    • Insert the result as a single value.
    • Insert the result as an image. Base64 strings can be used here.
    • Insert the result as a list. To work properly, the input property must be an array. The resulting list will have each item of the list in a separate line.
  5. Click Finish.
