To insert an existing Repeating Placeholder into a template:
- Place the cursor where the Repeating Placeholder should be inserted.
- On the Repeating Placeholder pane, expand a Placeholder type and hover the cursor over a Repeating Placeholder.

Click Insert.

The Repeating Placeholder is inserted into the template.
- Type in the provided space or insert a Nested Placeholder. See Inserting a Nested Placeholder Inserting a Nested Placeholder.
- Apply a font or style to the Repeating Placeholder, if necessary, using the Microsoft Word toolbar. Any fonts or styles used for the Repeating Placeholder will be used for the value that is inserted in the composed document. If no fonts or styles are applied to the Repeating Placeholder, the font and style will be inherited from the character prior to the Repeating Placeholder. If there are no characters prior to the Repeating Placeholder, the font and style will be inherited from the character following the Repeating Placeholder.
- Click Save Template.
