Template groups can be deleted by a member of a User Group that has been assigned the Modify Template Group Settings right in the Template group Rights dialog box.
CAUTION:
When you delete a template group, you delete the template group and all templates contained in the template group.
To delete a template group:

Click Delete:

If you clicked Delete, you are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the template group by the Confirm Delete dialog box:
