Distribution sites allow the user to create and configure workstation sites. Configured sites can be tied to a class of service or recipient.
To configure a site:
- In the Configuration module, select Printing | Document Distribution | Document Distribution Sites. The Document Distribution Sites dialog box is displayed.
- Enter the name of the site in field at the bottom of the dialog.
- Click Create. The Auto-Publishing Site dialog box is displayed.
- Enter a unique name for the site in the Site Location field. This is the user friendly name that is used to configure the sites a workstation processes jobs for and to define a site for a scheduled job.
- Click Save.
