You can edit existing CC recipient information of recipients added to the Cc Information field.

To edit CC recipient information:

  1. From the Customer Information: [customer name] dialog box, in the Cc Information section, click the Cc button. The Recipient Cc dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select a recipient from the Selected Cc section.
  3. Click the Properties button. The New Recipient Information dialog box is displayed.
  4. Edit options and settings as needed. For more information see Configuring a Recipient in the Client on the options and settings in this dialog box.
  5. Click Save. The CC recipient's information is updated.
  6. Click Close.
