You can remove a CC recipient from the Cc Information field.
To remove a recipient:

From the Customer Information: [customer name] dialog box, in the Cc Information section, click the Cc button. The Recipient Cc dialog box is displayed.

Click the Remove button.
The selected recipient is removed from the Selected Cc section.
