You can identify recipients configured for e-mail distribution that do not have e-mail addresses configured. The Customer Information : Blank E-mail Address Check dialog box displays this information. This dialog box will display all recipients, regardless of distribution process or institution if the user is an institutional super user. It will display what distribution process it is in and the institution for the recipient. If the database is institutional and the user is not as super user, it will display recipients for the user's institution. If the database is not institutional, it will not display or search based on institution.

To access the Customer Information : Blank E-mail Address Check dialog box:

  1. In the Client module, select File | Customer Information. The Customer Information dialog box is displayed.
  2. Click Blank E-mail Address Check. The Customer Information : Blank E-mail Address Check dialog box is displayed.
  3. You can update the e-mail address for a recipient by selecting the recipient and clicking Settings. This will open the Customer Information : <Recipient Name> dialog box. You can Update the E-mail field and click Save.
  4. When finished updating recipient information, click Close.
