To assign a User Group to templates in User Group configuration, from the User Groups & Rights dialog box in the Configuration module, do the following:

  1. Select the User Group you would like to assign templates to.
  2. Click the Document Packets button. The User Group Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  3. To assign one or more templates to the User Group, select the appropriate templates from the Available Document Package Templates list and click Add.
    To remove one or more templates from the User Group, select the appropriate templates from the Selected Document Package Templates list and click Remove.
  4. Click Close.
