In some browsers, you may not be able to access the right-click menu for a displayed document, thereby preventing you from generating a package from the document in this manner. This issue arises due to uneven enforcement of security settings between browsers. You can work around the problem and ensure the right-click menu is accessible in the viewer by selecting Enable Dynamic Document Content in the Document Type Settings dialog box for the type to which the problematic documents belong.
