Note:

Depending on your configuration, certain Package templates may not allow multiple copies of a document to be included in the Document Package.

If the template used allows for it, multiple copies of documents can be included in a Document Package.

To add multiple copies of a document to the Document Package:

  1. From the Package Content Selection dialog box, select the document in the Included Documents list.
The Included Pages pane is populated with the selected document's information.
  2. Click the Document Settings button.
  3. In the Document Settings pane, enter the Number of copies.
    Note:

Values entered in the Number of copies field must be greater than or equal to 1. If you would not like to include any copies of a document in a package, refer to the steps in Selecting Included Documents for information on excluding documents from the Document Package.

    Note:

If a Package template does not allow for multiple copies of a document to be included in a Document Package, the value entered into the Number of copies field is ignored. Only one copy of the document will be included in the generated Document Package.

  4. Click Close when you are finished. The copies are not displayed in the Package Content Selection dialog box, but can be viewed by previewing the package. For more information, see Previewing a Document Package.
