If the template allows for it, documents can be rearranged before the Document Package is generated. Note the following:

  • Depending on your configuration, certain package templates may not allow documents to be rearranged.

  • If the Included Documents pane in the Package Content Selection dialog box is filtered, you will be unable to rearrange documents within the Document Package. See Filtering Included Documents for more information.

Tip:

When documents are added to the Package Content Selection dialog box through drag-and-drop to an empty area of the dialog or through the Add Documents option, they are added to the bottom of the Included Documents list. You may want to move these documents to a more logical position in the Document Package.

To rearrange documents:

  1. Select the documents you would like to move to a new position in the Included Documents list.
  2. Drag the documents to the new position in the Included Documents list.
    Dragging a document between two other documents inserts the original document between the two destination documents in the Document Package. Dragging a document to an empty part of the Package Content Selection dialog box moves the document to the end of the Included Documents list.
