Using PacketPop URL Creator - Document Packaging - English - Foundation 22.1 - OnBase - external

The PacketPop URL Creator allows you to generate URLs for other users with Document Packaging privilege to generate template-based document packages for themselves.

To access this tool:

1. In your browser's address bar, enter the address of the PacketPop URL Creator page, for example: http://<web_server>/appnet/packets/packetpop/packetpop.aspx?createUrl=true
2. Log in with your credentials when prompted.
3. Fill in the Creator fields:
   • documentId - Document Handle of the document that will be added to a generated package.
   • templateId - Identifier of a template that will be used to generate a package.
   • templateName - Name of a template that will be used to generate a package.
     Note:

     You can use either templateId or templateName. If you put in both, the generated URL will include only the templateId.

4. Click the Generate URL button.
5. After creating the URL, you can use the buttons below it to Copy URL or Test URL. Clicking Test URL button opens a new Document Packaging window.
