When both Document Retention and Records Management modules are used in a system, documents are handled in a different manner by Document Retention. If a document is within a Records Management folder that is not in an Open state, Document Retention will exclude the document from the purge process. Documents excluded in this manner will be included in the SYS Document Retention Report.
