To configure archived notifications:

  1. In the General tab of the notification's Properties pane, select Archive Notifications.
  2. In the Document Type drop-down list, select the Document Type that stores the archived notification. The Document Type that stores the archived notification cannot be the same Document Type as the working document.
  3. If you want any attachments to be archived, select Archive Attachments.
  4. Save the notification.
