You can assign a Document Tracking folder to another user that has rights to the same Document Tracking folder.

To assign a Document Tracking folder to a user:

  1. Perform one of the following:
    • From the Document Tracking layout, select a Document Tracking folder and click Assign User from the Administration ribbon group.

    • From the Documents layout, click Assign User from the Folder tab's Administration ribbon.

  2. The Assign User window is displayed:
  3. From the drop-down list, select a user to assign to the selected Document Tracking folder.
    Note: If a user is already assigned to the folder and you want to remove that assignment without designating another user, select <None>.
  4. Click OK.
