The Report Services module can be used to generate Document Tracking system reports. These reports can include information on late documents, missing documents, expired documents, documents that expire soon, exceptions, customer correspondence (Document Tracking notes), and follow-up dates.
These reports require templates that can be obtained from your first line of support. The template reports must be customized to reflect the specific variables of your environment and reporting database.
