After a Document Tracking folder has been marked inactive, a Document Tracking administrator can reactivate it. Reactivating a Document Tracking folder adds it back to the Document Tracking layout.

To reactivate a Document Tracking folder:

  1. On the Document Tracking tab, in the Actions ribbon group, click Reactivate:
  2. The Reactivate folders dialog box is displayed:
  3. From the Document Tracking Type drop-down list, select the type of Document Tracking folder.
  4. In Keywords, specify the Keyword Values to use to retrieve the Document Tracking folder.
    Note:

    For more information on working with keywords, see the Unity Client module reference guide.

  5. Click Find.
  6. Document Tracking folders meeting your search criteria are displayed. Select one or more folders to reactivate.
  7. Click Reactivate Selected, or right-click and select Reactivate.
  8. You are prompted to confirm that you want to reactivate the Document Tracking folder. Click Yes to reactivate the Document Tracking folder, remove it from the Reactivate folders dialog box, and add it to the Document Tracking layout.
