Immediately after starting the Hyland Document Transfer Service Broker, the service is stopped and the following message is displayed: The Hyland Document Transfer Service Broker service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.
This usually occurs if the Site Information for the OnBase instance running the service has not been configured. The Site Information must be configured before the Hyland Document Transfer Service Broker can be started. See Updating Site Information.
