The archiving of documents in packages received can be scheduled to take place automatically using the OnBase Client.

Note:

Package transfers can also be scheduled, but scheduled Package Transmissions are configured using the OnBase Configuration module. See the Configuration chapter of the Document Transfer module reference guide for details.

To configure a scheduled indexing:

  1. Select Document Transfer | Processing Console from the Processing menu. The Document Transfer Processing Console dialog is displayed.
  2. Right click Document Transfer Processor in the right hand pane and select Schedule Format to schedule the processor to run at the days/times configured.

    Note:

    The Schedule Commit option is not used by Document Transfer.
