It is considered a best practice to use a dedicated processing workstation or server to run your EDI 810 processes. No processes, EDI 810 or otherwise, should ever be run from your OnBase database server.

In addition, all EDI 810 processes should be run on a local installation of OnBase on the local processing workstation, not an installation of OnBase accessed via a UNC path.
