The Processor Status Log enables the OnBase Client to create logs when import or commit processes start and complete. This makes it easier to monitor the status of the processes and their results.

To enable Processor Status Log:

  1. In the OnBase Configuration module, go to Users | Global Client Settings | Transaction Logs.
  2. Select the Enable Processor Status Logging check box.
    Processor Status Log can be viewed in the Diagnostics Console. It can also be viewed using Hyland.Logging to any configured routes in the OnBase Client. To configure Hyland.Logging for Splunk and Diagnostics Console, see the Diagnostics Service and Diagnostics Console documentation.
