To add a specific revision or rendition of a document as a reference document,

  1. Select the document in a Document Search Results list.
  2. Right-click and select Revisions / Renditions.
  3. Select or open the revision / rendition to add as a reference.
  4. Select Document | Briefcase | Add Document as Reference.
    Note:

    For non-OLE documents, you can also add an open revision or rendition using the right-click menu option.
