To synchronize documents in OnBase, select the Synchronize all documents button from the Briefcase toolbar. The Synchronize All dialog box is displayed.

Archive New Documents |
Archives documents from the New Documents tab and imports them into OnBase. Note:
Certain Workstation Options, such as Open File Browse Automatically, are not respected when you synchronize or archive documents in the EDM Briefcase. These options are unnecessary during synchronization because OnBase automatically detects the number and location of documents to import. |
When you select OK, the appropriate Check In, and EDM Briefcase Archive dialog boxes are displayed and any Reference Documents are updated with the latest revisions.
