To retrieve a document from OnBase:

  1. Select OnBase | Retrieve Document. The EDM Services Logon dialog box is displayed.
  2. Log on to OnBase.
  3. Retrieve a document using the Retrieve Document dialog box.
    Note:

    If the document is being accessed by another user, a message will be displayed notifying the user that the document is currently checked out, and that the document will be open in read-only mode.
