To save a revisable OnBase document from the Office application:

  1. Select File | Save or click the Save button. The Document Revisions dialog box is displayed.
    Note:

    You can also select File | Save As or OnBase | Import Document to save the changes to a new OnBase document. For more information, see Importing the Document.

  2. To save the document as a revision of the original:
    1. Type any revision comments in the Comments field.
    2. Click Save as Revision.

    To save the document as a new document:

    1. Click Save as New Document.
    2. Provide Keyword Values for the document.
    3. Click Import.
