Ensure that the color type of your open image document corresponds to that of the markups. Otherwise, when you try to save color markups in a black and white image document, you will be prompted with a message:
-
Click Yes to convert the black and white image document to a color document. Note that this action increases the file size of the document.
-
Click No to convert the markups to black and white.
Depending on how your system was configured, you may be required to apply a revision stamp using the Revision Tool before saving image markups. If you attempt to save markups without a revision stamp, OnBase displays a message indicating that a revision stamp is required.
If you reorder the pages in a document without saving image markups, unsaved image markups will be lost.
