To stamp a version:

From the Document Search Results list, select a document, right-click, and select Revisions/Renditions.
The dialog box displays the revisions of the selected document.

Select the latest or desired revision, right-click, and select Stamp Version. The Version Information dialog box is displayed.
- Type a Version Name. This name can contain up to 15 characters.

Click Save.
The dialog box displays versions and revisions of the document.
Note:You cannot stamp a version on a document that is checked out. Once you have stamped a version, you cannot stamp earlier revisions of documents.
