To create image markups, you must configure the Document Type to allow image markups. In the Configuration module, select Document | Document Types. Select a revisable Document Type. Click Settings. Select Allow Image Markups. Click Save. Note: Users must have the appropriate privileges to use the Image Markups toolbar. See User Groups & Rights.
